Abbie graduated from TTU with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2019. Following graduation, she worked for Texas Tech Track and Field as a post-graduate Athletic Training Intern as a Licensed Athletic Trainer for the 2019-2020 season, prior to continuing on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from TTUHSC in 2023. Through her experience with athletic training at Texas Tech and clinical internships/ employment at sports performance and rehabilitation facilities, she has worked with clients at high school, collegiate and professional levels. The majority of Abbie’s experience is with Track and Field and lower extremity athletes, however she is currently in the process of completing her ArmCare Specialist and Pitching Biomechanist Certifications to continue to promote optimal performance for overhead athletes.

Frank Perez is an athletic trainer and owner of iTOP Recovery, PLLC. He specializes in orthopedic, sport therapy, and various manual therapy techniques to help professional/ collegiate/ youth sports athletes and everyday fitness enthusiast, overcome injuries, aches, and pains.

Frank’s simple approach to discovering the cause of the pain, developing a plan to address the issue, and empowering patients with education and skills they need to succeed.

Frank has served as an athletic trainer for 19 years in various settings. He has worked in high school settings, collegiate environments, and professional settings. Frank has learned how to be a part of a successful team with multiple National Champion Collegiate athletes.

Frank was a member of National Championship teams while at Arizona State and Texas Tech University Track and field teams. He also served as a Senior Therapist for Cirque Du Soleil Las Vegas resident show division, overseeing the KA and Mystere Performance Medicine departments.

Caitlin graduated from Texas Tech in 2016. After graduation, she worked for a sports and injury rehabilitation clinic as the lead rehabilitation specialist for the West Texas area. Caitlin understands the demands of being an athlete. Over the last decade she has become an international elite powerlifter, where she is ranked 66th in the world in her weight class. With certifications in Functional Range Conditioning and currently working on her CSCS- Caitlin is able to bring her knowledge of both injury mitigation and strength training for all sports in her programming, guaranteeing you’ll get bigger, faster and stronger.
